Happy Mondays star in custody

Former Happy Mondays star Bez is in police custody after being detained last night by police at Euston Station in London.

The musician, 46, real name Mark Berry, was wanted by Greater Manchester Police after failing to answer bail over allegations that he breached a restraining order. His ex-girlfriend Monica Ward claims the father of their two-year-old son pestered her with text messages and phone calls since he was convicted of assaulting her in August, for which he served a four-week jail term.
