Concerns grow for baby girl taken by mother in Willenhall
Mother Stacey Ball took one-year-old daughter Lola during a supervised visit
A mother who took her one-year-old daughter from a foster family is being sought by police over concerns for the baby's welfare.
Mother Stacey Ball, 18, of Walsall Wood, was visiting her daughter, who is being cared for by foster parents, during a supervised visit in Willenhall on Friday.
Ms Ball is believed to have got into a dark-coloured car with her child which was then driven off, after leaving the address at 1pm, police said. Neither have been seen since.
Detective Chief Inspector Matt Markham, of West Midlands Police, said: "There haven't been any sightings of Stacey or Lola since they went missing and both police and the local authority are extremely worried about their welfare.
"Lola was in the care of social services at the time of her disappearance and we urgently need Stacey to make contact with us or anyone who may know their whereabouts."
Ms Ball is described by police as white and slim. She was wearing a black wig, patterned dress and black leggings at the time of her disappearance.
Lola was wearing a white cardigan and blue polka dot dress.
