A children's day care centre has been closed by education inspectors after the arrest of two men over child porn allegations.
Additions Childcare in Quedgeley, Gloucestershire, was shut temporarily two months ago after the arrests.
A 23-year-old man and a 20-year-old man, both from Gloucester, are being investigated over distributing indecent images of children and one of the men was connected with the nursery.
Police stressed there was no evidence to suggest any harm has come to children at the centre.
Additions had been due to reopen this week following the temporary closure by Ofsted.
But its licence has now been cancelled and the centre has been closed permanently.
Around 20 children aged between four and 11 attended the centre, which provided care in the morning and evening during school term, and all day during the school holidays.
A spokesman for Ofsted said today: "Following our investigation we have taken action to cancel the registration of the provider."
The education watchdog would not comment further due to the police investigation.
The two men are on police bail while inquiries continue.
A spokesman for Gloucestershire Police said: "Our investigation continues. However, we stress we have no evidence or information that suggests any harm has come to any children who use the club.
"The two men arrested are being dealt with separately and only one of the men had any direct connection with Additions.
"They are both currently still on police bail, with the 20-year-old bailed until November and the 23-year-old bailed until February 2010."
A statement from Gloucestershire County Council said: "Ofsted has formally cancelled the licence for Additions Day Care provision which will now close permanently.
"We know this caused both inconvenience and concern for those parents who were due to use Additions."
