Police last night charged an 18-year-old man with the murder of a teenage boy at a Halloween party.
Richard McGarvey Martin from Horsham, West Sussex, has been charged with the murder of 15-year-old Ricky Martin, who was attacked with a pair of nunchuks in the early hours of Saturday morning.
He was also charged with causing actual bodily harm after another youth, aged 16, was also attacked at the fancy dress party in Horsham. He escaped with only minor injuries and has since been released from hospital.
McGarvey Martin is due to appear at Crawley Magistrates' Court this morning.
