THE WELSH Office said Alun Michael, the Welsh Secretary and First Secretary of Wales, will continue to draw around pounds 90,000-a-year as salary for his duties as a MP and Secretary of State. The Tories claimed that Mr Michael was now entitled to pounds 187,122.
