Zoella, aka Zoe Sugg, has bought a five-bedroom Brighton house worth £1 million.
The vlogger was heavily criticised last year for releasing ghostwritten book Girl Online, but she's now managed to buy a huge house in East Sussex at the age of 24, so who's winning?
Sugg will live with her partner Alfie Deyes, who is also a vlogger. The two have called the house the "Zalfie pad".
She made her fortune talking about beauty, fashion, health and her personal life on her channel, which is primarily aimed at teen and tween girls. She has more than seven million subscribers.
However, the YouTuber expressed her disappointment at photographs of her new property that were posted online by some news outlets.
Sugg is thought to have moved in part because persistent fans were camping outside her old seaside flat.
