Mr James Stanley Edgar, of Heathcote, Warwickshire, left estate valued at £5,196,587 net.
Margaret Gertrude Fulks, of Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex, left estate valued at £544,224 net. After personal bequests of £7,000, she left £5,000 each to the East Sussex Group of the Spastics Society, Hastings, Christian Action, and the Dominique Pire Foundation, Belgium; £4,000 each to the Hastings and Bexhill Society for Mentally Handicapped Children; and the residue equally between Shelter, British Red Cross and Oxfam.
Mrs Elsie Bushen, of Torquay, Devon, left estate valued at £1,999,810 net. After personal bequests of £2,000, she left the residue to the National Debt Commissioners to be used for the relief of the National Debt.
