Mr George Stanley Edwin Malin, of Abingdon, Oxfordshire, left estate valued at pounds 1,345,578 net.

Miss Rachel Ann Albright, of Andover, Hampshire, left estate valued at pounds 1,487,657 net.

Mrs Muriel Eva Marsh, of Piltdown, East Sussex, left estate valued at pounds 1,558,525 net.

Mr Peter Brian Ayscough, of Leeds, West Yorkshire, left estate valued at pounds 388,345 net. Mrs Dorothy Mabel Perry, of Yeovil, Somerset, left estate valued at pounds 1,050,689 net. She left pounds 10,050 to personal legatees; pounds 20,000 to the British Red Cross Society, Yeovil, for an ambulance; pounds 5,000 and two fields at Mudford to the RSPCA, for the West Hatch Animal Centre; pounds 5,000 to the Cancer Research Campaign; pounds 2,000 to the Friends of Musgrove Park Hospital, Taunton, for the Children's Ward; pounds 1,000 each to St John's Church, Yeovil, St Michael's Church, Yeovil, Wesleyan Methodist Chapel, Yeovil, the Conservative Association, Yeovil Branch, the Friends of Sunnindale Lodge, Yeovil (to benefit elderly residents), and the NSPCC; pounds 1,000 to the League of Yeovil Hospitals, to benefit elderly people resident at Summerlands Hospital, Yeovil, and the residue of her estate to the League of Friends, for general purposes.

Miss Anna Elizabeth Sybil Butlin, of Abbotskerswell, Devon, left estate valued at pounds 576,039 net. After personal legacies of pounds 114,000, she left two-fifths of the residue to the RSPCA, and one-fifth each to the British Wireless for the Blind Fund, National Anti Vivisection Society and the RSPB.

Mr Terence William Oxley, of North Humberside, retired egg producer, left estate valued at pounds 30,607 net. He left a sum equal to 1,000 pints of bitter beer to be purchased by his Trustee on a weekly basis of 35 pints per week and given to Mr George Cawkwell; pounds 500 to Goole Conservative Club General Fund; and the residue of his estate equally between the Conservative Association, Heart Research and Cancer Research.

Miss Mary Lewis, of Tunbridge Wells, Kent, left estate valued at pounds 251,129 net. She left her entire estate to the RNIB.

Dr Marian Gilbert, of London W6, left estate valued at pounds 326,781 net. She left her entire estate to the Jewish Philanthropic Association, to benefit the Jerusalem Medical School.

Mr Norman Arthur Newbold, of Sileby, Leicestershire, left estate valued at pounds 1,103,971 net. He left pounds 900 and his home and effects to personal legatees, the residue to HM Treasury, 'for the reduction of the National Debt'.
