Sir Cliff Richard performed an emotional tribute at the funeral of his late friend, Cilla Black. The service was held in Black’s home of Liverpool, in the same church where she married her husband, Bobby Willis.Celebrities such as Tom Jones and Paul O'Grady led the tributes at the funeral service, with O’Grady describing Black as like a sister to him.
Thousands of people gathered on the roads leading up to the church to pay tribute to one of Britain's most popular entertainers ever – standing for hours until Black’s cortege passed.
Black died from a stroke caused by a “traumatic” head injury following a fall at her holiday home in Spain, aged 72.
