Made in Chelsea star Spencer Matthews has quit I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here! "on medical grounds".

A statement on ITV's I'm A Celebrity website said: "Spencer Matthews has left the jungle. We're sorry to see him leave."

The reality TV personality had been due to take part in tonight's live Bushtucker Trial featuring the rest of the camp mates.

He was also supposed to enter the main camp at some point, having been stuck in Snake Rock since viewers first saw him on screen in Wednesday's episode.

More details about his departure are expected to be revealed in due course.

During the 26-year-old's short stint, he took part in Bushtucker Trial Dicing With Danger alongside fellow late entrants Ferne McCann and Vicky Pattison.

The reality star also took participated in the tough challenge Bush Scrabble.
