Field Marshal Sir Richard Vincent, to be Chairman of the North Atlantic Military Committee, in succession to General V. Eide.

Maj-Gen DFE Botting, to be Colonel Commandant Royal Army Ordnance Corps.

Brigadier: JM MacFarland - to be DETS(A).
