The Duke and The Duchess of Gloucester attend the private view of the Van Dyck Exhibition in aid of Start (Skin Treatment and Research Trust) at the Royal Academy of Arts, London W1. The Duke of Kent, Chairman, National Electronics Council, attends the Mountbatten Memorial Lecture at the Institution of Electrical Engineers, London WC2.
