Robbie Williams accidentally landed in hot water during a concert in Brisbane after flirting with a fan before realising she had just turned fifteen.

Stopping to chat to the crowd between songs, the former Take That singer and occasional birth-vlogger was chatting to “Morgan”, complimenting her hair and eyewear before learning her age.

“I love the secretary look. Which reminds me, I really do need to clear my browsing history,” he said. “How old are you, Morgan?”

“Fifteen”

“Fifteen? Oh s**t,” he said, glancing around the stadium full of people. “Don’t put that up on Youtube!”

Naturally the footage did end up on Youtube, but Williams managed to keep on embarrassing himself.

When he asked if the fan was with her mum, he referred to himself as "Uncle Rob" and said the fifteen year old clearly has “an old soul”.

Realising the whole thing was turning into a bit of a disaster, the singer moved swiftly on, dedicating his uber-ballad "She’s The One" to the girl.

“If you can suspend disbelief for a bit and pretend I’m not 41,” he asked, “this one’s for you.”

The singer also remarked that the whole incident would probably end up on Youtube and get reported in the papers, which, low and behold, turned out to be true.
