Paul Walker’s teenage daughter has reportedly been awarded $10.1 million from the estate of Roger Rodas, the driver who died in the same crash that killed her father.

Jeff Milam, a lawyer acting for Meadow Walker, 17, said the money awarded would only represent a small portion of what Walker, the star of the Fast and the Furious franchise, would have gone on to earn in his lifetime.

Walker was killed when the Porsche Carrera GT he was a passenger in crashed and burst into flames in 2013. Rodas was driving and was also killed.

“The amount paid by the estate of Roger Rodas into a trust for Meadow Walker only covers a fraction of what her father would have earned as an international movie star had his life not tragically been cut short,” Milam said in a statement to The Independent.

“Through his estate, Mr. Rodas, the driver of the car, took partial responsibility for the crash. Meadow’s lawsuit against Porsche AG – a $13 billion corporation – intends to hold the company responsible for producing a vehicle that was defective and caused Paul Walker’s death.”

Meadow is the sole heir of her father's estate. She is suing Porsche over her father’s death in a lawsuit that claims he was trapped in the burning car because of design flaws.
