If Melania were to become the first lady, which is looking rather unlikely right now in terms of poll figures, she’d be the only first lady who is the third wife of a president and the first to be born and raised in a communist nation

A man has been charged with the murder of Nicki Minaj’s tour manager, who was stabbed to death last month.

Pierce Boykin, 31, was charged following a bar fight in Philadelphia's East Germantown, the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Pickett died of his wounds, while another of Minaj’s tour crew, Eric Reed, 27, was seriously injured in the incident, which occurred at the Che Bar and Grill on 18 February.

Chief Inspector Scott Small told reporters at the time: “We believe that both of the victims, as well as the perpetrator, were all inside of this bar and that’s when an argument started.”

Boykin was further charged with the attempted murder of Reed, as well as aggravated assault, making terroristic threats, related offences and simple assault.

Minaj tweeted the following shortly after the incident:

Rihanna also paid tribute to Pickett, who worked on her tour in the past.

“[C]an't believe this is true! One of the nicest, coolest, funniest people I've ever met and toured with! We had so much fun together!!! Sad to lose a beautiful spirit like yours #RIPDayDay.”
