Michelle Obama won a few hearts and minds by performing a picture-perfect ‘dunking’ photobomb on Miami Heat basketball players – including NBA legend LeBron James.
America’s First Lady acted out the spoof with NBA stars Dwayne Wade, Ray Allen and Head Coach Erick Spoelstra among others as part of a new advert to encourage healthy eating.
During the promotion, which premiered for the first time during Good Morning America yesterday, the players discuss nutrition as Obama photobombs away in the background eating apples, drinking water, and even dunking a small basketball.
The advert was shot at the White House last week, when President Obama honoured Miami Heat for winning their second NBA championship in a row.
Meanwhile, Michelle Obama celebrated turning 50 last Friday with a star-studded party at the Presidential residence, during which she was serenaded by Beyoncé and danced with close friend Oprah Winfrey.
"I have never felt more confident in myself, more clear on who I am as a woman," she told Parade magazine in one of many interviews she’s given on the subject.
