Neil 'Dr' Fox addresses sexual offence allegations: 'I'll work hard to clear my name'

Your support makes all the difference.DJ Dr Neil Fox has pledged that he will "work hard" to clear his name, after being arrested in connection with four claims of alleged sexual offences.
The allegations were made by two separate women. Three of the claims have been described as historical and the other is said to have taken place this year.
Fox is currently on release on bail pending further enquiries in early December.
"Obviously I had a very stressful day yesterday, it was a complete surprise, and I haven't really got much very to say in terms of a statement at the moment," he told reporters outside of his Fulham home, according to The Mirror.
"I need to go and speak to my lawyer and see where it all stands and just see where we are."
Bauer Media, that owns Magic FM, confirmed the DJ’s arrest yesterday and said his show will remain off air "to enable him to devote his full attention to dealing with these matters".
"All other aspects of his contract will remain unchanged while matters are resolved," Bauer said in a statement. "We can make no further comment at this stage."
Fox – a married father of three asked the press to respect the privacy of his children.
"Obviously last night we had a huge amount of press camped out here and I'd just like to ask the press, I've got three young children trying to get on with their school life and what have you, to respect their privacy in all of this. It's nothing to do with them, obviously," he said.
"It's to do with me and the serious allegations made against me, and obviously what I want to do is work hard to clear my name. As and when I've got more to say I will."
Fox presents Magic’s More Music Breakfast Show between 6am and 9am every weekday. He previously worked at Capital FM, before leaving in 2005 after 18 years.
Between 2001 and 2003, he served as a judge on music talent show Pop Idol alongside Simon Cowell and Pete Waterman.
