The Coronation Street actor was evicted by producers for using "unacceptable and offensive language", Channel 5 said today.
The decision was made after hundreds of viewers complained about the actor calling African-American singer Alexander O’Neal a "negro".
He bad previously been given a formal warning by Big Brother for making a string of "sexist" comments about the female contestants in the house.
A Channel 5 spokesman told the Press Association: "Ken Morley has been removed from the Celebrity Big Brother house for using unacceptable and offensive language following his formal warning. Tuesday's eviction is now cancelled and lines are now closed. Anyone who has already voted will be able to apply for a full refund and details will be available on the Big Brother website within 24 hours."
Morley's expulsion follows that of Jeremy Jackson, who was thrown out after former Page 3 girl Goodman, 21, claimed he drunkenly tried to look at her breasts while the pair were alone in the toilet.
"He went to my dressing grown top and put my boob out," she alleged.
The incident is now under police investigation.
