Kanye West has complained about the corporate evil of in-app purchases on tablet devices after his daughter North kept spending his money playing games.

West, whose total net worth is around $100 million, took to Twitter to complain about the fact that in order to “have fun” his daughter had to spend money.

“F*** any game company that puts in-app purchases on kids games!!!” said the rapper.

“If a game is made for a 2 year old, just allow them to have fun and give the parents a break for Christ sake.”

Though his wife’s app, Kim Kardashian: Hollywood isn’t designed for two-year olds, it has made the couple a phenomenal $200 million, thanks in no small part to the numerous in-app purchases required to progress through the story.

According to the app store, one of the most popular purchases is the XL Star Pack, which costs $39.99.

But apart from the pot calling the kettle expensive, is West’s rant indicative of a new parental-themed type of rant?

Expect expletive-laden tweets in future about people fiddling with the thermostat, drinking from the milk carton and leaving the toilet seat up.
