2 September: The Duke of York this afternoon arrived in Antwerp in HMS Cottesmore.

His Royal Highness, on behalf of The Queen, later attended the Fiftieth Anniversary of the Liberation of Belgium.

Captain Neil Blair RN and Captain David Thompson were in attendance.
