10 June: The Princess Royal this morning opened the new Maternity Unit, Warrington Hospital NHS Trust, Lovely Lane, Warrington, and was received by Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant for Cheshire (Mr William
Bromley-Davenport).
Her Royal Highness, President of the Patrons, Crime Concern, later visited the Halton Crime Reduction Programme, Castlefields Community Centre, Runcorn, Cheshire.
Mrs Andrew Feilden was in attendance.
ST JAMES'S PALACE
10 June: The Prince of Wales visited Cardiff and was received by Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant for South Glamorgan (Captain Norman Lloyd-Edwards RNR).
His Royal Highness this morning visited Allied Steel and Wire, Castle Works.
The Prince of Wales later attended a Parade to commemorate the Twenty-Fifth Anniversary of his appointment as Colonel-in-Chief of The Royal Regiment of Wales.
His Royal Highness, Patron, the Macmillan Nurse Appeal, this afternoon attended a Reception at Churchill's Hotel, Cardiff Road, Llandaff.
Major Patrick Tabor was in attendance.
The Prince of Wales, Colonel, Welsh Guards, this evening attended the Senior Colonel's Conference and Dinner at Buckingham Palace.
KENSINGTON PALACE
10 June: The Princess Margaret, Countess of Snowdon, President, the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children, was present this evening at the Centenary Ball of the Society's East Cheshire Branch held at Henbury Hall, Macclesfield.
Her Royal Highness was received by Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant for Cheshire (Mr William Bromley Davenport).
Mrs Jane Stevens was in attendance.

TODAY: The Queen takes the salute at the Queen's Birthday Parade; The Queen Mother also attends. Princess Alexandra attends a dinner and performance by Kit and the Widow in aid of the Children's Family Trust at Harburn House, West Calder, West Lothian. Prince Michael of Kent, President, RAC, today and tomorrow attends the Innes Ireland Memorial Rally from the NEC Birmingham to Silverstone, Northamptonshire. TOMORROW: The Duchess of Gloucester, Vice-Patron, the Queen's Club, presents the prizes at the Men's Singles Finals of the Stella Artois Grass Court Championships at the Queen's Club, London W14.
