The couple were in Australia when their home in Chelsea, west London, was raided in September last year. Scotland Yard said tonight: "Police investigating an allegation of possession of drugs against a 36-year-old man and woman have been advised by the Crown Prosecution Service that there is insufficient evidence to offer a realistic prospect of conviction.
