THE BBC Horizon Special series about the Soviet space programme, screened nearly two years ago under the title Red Star in Orbit, has won its second major international award for its producer, Windfall Films. Last week in New York it won an Emmy from the US television industry for outstanding historical programming. Earlier it had carried off the Jules Verne award for reporting at this year's Paris Television Festival.
