Google's interactive PAC-MAN Google Doodle was just one of the numerous online events that were planned to coincide with the iconic video-game's 30th anniversary celebration (others can be viewed on the game's official website, http://pacman.com).
Searches for "pac-man 30th anniversary" lead Google Insights this week in first place while searches for "pacman" took out fifth place.
Lebanese-American beauty queen, Rima Fakih, was crowned Miss USA on May 16. Her name ranks at number two on Google Insights, ahead of "Miss USA 2010" in fourth place.
The name of Argentinian rock star Gustavo Cerati is trending in third place after being hospitalised in Venezuela for a "potentially fatal blood clot."
XBox 360 Game "Red Dead Redemption" was released in May and has become a hotly-searched for topic on Google; it is currently trending in sixth place.
The name of American heavy metal singer Ronnie James Dio is trending on Google Insights in seventh and eighth places. The vocalist and songwriter passed away on May 16 after losing his battle with stomach cancer.
The name of American actress Megan Fox is in ninth place, followed by the name of Swedish torrent site, The Pirate Bay, in tenth place.
