Wyser-Pratte complains

Wyser-Pratte, a US investor in Northern Electric, has complained to the Stock Exchange over last week's shareholder meeting which failed to allow a new bid by Trafalgar House to proceed - a move that would have been against the wishes of the board. Wyser-Pratte is concerned that some institutions appear to have changed their minds at the last minute to support Northern's position.
