The Latest Project

Last year, R.Evolution launched its newest endeavor known as Eywa, Dubai. Highlighting R.Evolution’s architectural philosophies, the groundbreaking ceremony for this luxury apartment building occurred at a recent event in the UAE’s capital at the beginning of this year.

Gatherers commemorated the special occasion by placing a time capsule in the structure’s foundation. The object contained common items like photographs of the building and architectural blueprints. However, the memory bank also held crystals and items such as bracelets and coins.

The crystals symbolized positive energy and good luck for the project moving forward. Bracelets and coins were donated by the children of R.Evolution team members. These items stood emblematic of the sacrifice and hard work made by their parents.

Future Plans

Zagrebelny hopes to turn the Eywa project into more of a burgeoning movement.

“This effort advocates for mental and physical well-being within any structure,” he said.

Major organizations sharing similar philosophies have taken notice of R.Evolution’s efforts.  One such entity is Mindvalley, a global personal transformation establishment encouraging members to change their existences by adhering to five key tenets or praxes, including critical reflection, critical study and writing, social discourse, rate of application, and altered states.

Mindvalley recently designated the Eywa residential complex site as its space of excellence for the entire greater Dubai region.

Industry observers have recognized R.Evolution with numerous awards and honours. Earlier this year, at the International Property Awards in London, R.Evolution received the prestigious World’s Best Property for 2023-24 and Best International Apartment/Condominium in the World.
