Hamlet in administration with pounds 40m debt

Clothing supplier and retailer Hamlet Group went into administration yesterday with debts of pounds 40m. Chris Hughes and Chris Barlow of Coopers & Lybrand and Keith Goodman of Leonard Curtis were appointed joint administrators.
