Nobo, the office and business products group, achieved pounds 1.7m ( pounds 1.1m) pre-tax profit for the year to 30 April despite a fall in sales to pounds 21.1m ( pounds 21.2m). Earnings per share 10.4p (6.3p). Total dividend 4.8p (3.5p).

Year to 31 March

Adam & Harvey, the steel stockholder and importer, fell to pounds 4.85m ( pounds 6.4m) pre-tax profit. Earnings per share fell to 54.2p (69.9p), but the total dividend rose to 12p (11p).

Christie Group, the specialist business agency, sharply reduced pre-tax losses from pounds 3.05m to pounds 602,000, helped by the absence of pounds 3m pruning costs to the business in the previous year. Loss per share cut from 14.86p to 2.75p. No dividend.

Prism Leisure, the records, cassettes, compact discs and computer games supplier, advanced to pounds 1.3m ( pounds 975,000) pre-tax profit. Earnings per share 10.4p (8.4p). Total dividend 3.27p (2.725p).

Six months to 31 May

BWD Securities, the financial services firm, lifted pre-tax profits to pounds 1.8m ( pounds 1.2m). Earnings per share 6.6p (4.5p). Dividend 1.5p (1.5p).

Leslie Wise, the knitted fabrics and women's clothes maker, slipped to pounds 1.2m ( pounds 1.5m) pre-tax profit. Earnings per share 2.38p (2.96p). Dividend held at 1.75p.

Half-year to 30 June

M&G Dual Trust held the dividend payment at 30.55p. Net asset value per share grew from 2173.49p to 2668.42p.

Olim Convertible Trust has declared a 4.3p dividend. Net asset value per share is 79.1p (67.6p).
