Campari International, sports and leisurewear supplier, has increased interim losses from pounds 3.09m to pounds 3.96m. There is again no interim dividend.

Chrysalis Group, music and media group, is buying 49 per cent of IDTV Holdings BV Group, the Amsterdam television production company.

Europe Energy has agreed terms for the pounds 10m acquisition of the motor dealer Helston Garages.

Reece, ceramic and glassware equipment maker, plans to raise pounds 1.4m through the issue of 48.29 million shares at 3.5p each. Reece also announced a first half-loss of pounds 5,000 (pounds 11,000 loss).

Benchmark, the financial services group, boosted full-year pre-tax profits from pounds 77,000 to pounds 2.68m. There is no dividend.

Hewitt Group, which makes industrial ceramics, has sunk pounds 2.34m into the red at half time (pounds 335,000 loss). The interim dividend is passed (1.5p).

Ramco Energy saw turnover fall from pounds 2.6m in 1993 to pounds 2.4m in 1994 and pre-tax profits fall from pounds 297,000 to pounds 81,000.
