Bullers, giftware products maker, cut taxable losses to pounds 1.2m ( pounds 1.4m) in the six months to 31 December. Lps 0.93p (1.22p). No dividend.
MMI achieved pounds 1.2m pre-tax profit (loss pounds 473,000) in year to 28 February. Eps 2.05p (lps 2.87p). Dividend is 0.5p.
Year to 31 March
Kewill Systems reported a sharp turnaround from pounds 5.2m taxable loss to just over pounds 4m pre-tax profit. The profits figure was achieved in the absence of a pounds 5.6m loss on the disposal of the loss-making German subsidiary. Eps 23p (lps 50.99p). Final dividend is 5p.
Azlan Group increased pre-tax profits from pounds 3m to pounds 3.9m, driven higher by a 49 per cent growth in turnover to pounds 61.5m ( pounds 41.2m). Eps 12.4p (8.4p). Final dividend is 2p.
Christie Group made pounds 106,000 pre-tax profit (loss pounds 602,000). Eps 0.45p (lps 2.75p).
Arthur Shaw leapt from pounds 122,000 to pounds 893,000 pre-tax profit. Eps 4.67p (lps 1.58p). Final dividend is 1.5p.
Syltone lifted pre-tax profits to pounds 2.5m ( pounds 2.1m). Eps 9.03p (7.52p). Total dividend is 4.935p (4.725p).
Vistec Group advanced to pounds 3.4m ( pounds 3.2m) pre-tax profit. Eps 2.06p (1.88p). Total dividend 0.4p.
