ABI Leisure Group, the caravan maker, lifted pre-tax profits from pounds 1.3m to pounds 1.7m. Eps 4.2p (3.1p). Dividend is 1.35p (1.25p).
Carrs Milling increased pre-tax profits to pounds 1.1m ( pounds 610,000). Eps 10.5p (5.4p). Dividend is 1.2p (1p).
Year ended 31 December
Bertam Holdings made pre-tax profits of pounds 1.3m ( pounds 7.2m). Eps 4.78p (31.54p). Total dividend 2.5p (5p).
Rowe Evans Investments declined from pounds 6.1m to pounds 3.4m pre-tax profit. Eps 4.45p (9.63p). Total dividend is held at 2p.
Others
Faber Prest achieved higher pre- tax profits of pounds 2.8m ( pounds 1.7m) in the six months to 31 March. Eps 21.76p (10.25p). Dividend is 5.5p (5p).
Mid Kent Holdings lifted pre-tax profits to pounds 7.5m ( pounds 6.5m) for the year to 31 March. Eps 33p (26.5p). Total dividend 11.5p (10.5p).
Quadrant Group recovered from a pounds 15.9m taxable loss to make pounds 786,000 pre-tax profit for the year to 28 February. Eps 3.36p (Lps 59.83p). No dividend.
CA Sperati halved pre-tax profits to pounds 17,000 ( pounds 36,000) in the six months to 30 April. Eps 11.2p (25.4p). No dividend.
Wyndeham Press made pounds 1.77m ( pounds 1.83m) pre-tax profit for the year to 31 March. Eps 7.1p (4.5p). Total dividend is 2.25p (1.25p).
Associated Nursing Services has launched a pounds 10m rights issue of one new share for every three held at 255p to fund new home building. It is seeking to move up to a full listing.
