Big bonuses at Chamberlain Phipps

The pay of Daniel Sullivan, chairman of Chamberlain Phipps, the footwear maker that floated on the market in August, rose from pounds 258,000 to pounds 601,000 last year, boosted by a bonus of pounds 293,000. Two other directors received bonuses worth more than 100 per cent of annual salary
