Bargain Hunter: Win the latest Apple iPhone in our exclusive competition
Your support helps us to tell the story
From reproductive rights to climate change to Big Tech, The Independent is on the ground when the story is developing. Whether it's investigating the financials of Elon Musk's pro-Trump PAC or producing our latest documentary, 'The A Word', which shines a light on the American women fighting for reproductive rights, we know how important it is to parse out the facts from the messaging.
At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.
The Independent is trusted by Americans across the entire political spectrum. And unlike many other quality news outlets, we choose not to lock Americans out of our reporting and analysis with paywalls. We believe quality journalism should be available to everyone, paid for by those who can afford it.
Your support makes all the difference.Money-saving site VoucherCodes.co.uk has just relaunched its app for the latest Apple iPhone 5C and now wants two Bargain Hunter readers to give it a try. To help it's offering two brand-new green 16gb versions of the phone, which normally retails at £469 at the Apple Store, to readers who can answer a simple question.
The VoucherCodes.co.uk app delivers discounts on the UK's leading high street stores, restaurants and experiences direct to consumers' smartphones, removing the need to trawl the web for offers or print out vouchers at home.
To be in with a chance of winning one of the two green iPhones with the app already downloaded, send the answer to the following question to yourmoney@independent.co.uk by Saturday 30 November 2013: In her hit single Price Tag, Jessie J said "We don't need your money, money, money, We just wanna make the world..." what?

Tesco uncorks booze price cut after withdrawn deal
Our story last week about Tesco scrapping its long-standing 5 per cent off when you buy six bottles of wine deal seems to have provoked a quick reaction from the supermarket giant. It is now offering 25 per cent off any six or more bottles of wine, champagne, port and sherry. The deal includes bottles already on offer but runs out on Sunday 1 December, which means you need to get your orders in within the next week to qualify for the discount. Still time to stock up on Christmas booze.
Get the present you always wanted and help out charity
There's a novel way of avoiding unwanted presents and possibly helping charities at the same time.
