Horniman Museum and Gardens: "Honest John" Horniman pocketed a fortune in packet tea, which enabled his son Frederick to travel the world collecting the huge range of artefacts which eventually ended up in the museum founded by the family, including more than 1,500 instruments in the music room and an aquarium.
