Your support helps us to tell the story

My recent work focusing on Latino voters in Arizona has shown me how crucial independent journalism is in giving voice to underrepresented communities.

Your support is what allows us to tell these stories, bringing attention to the issues that are often overlooked. Without your contributions, these voices might not be heard.

Every dollar you give helps us continue to shine a light on these critical issues in the run up to the election and beyond

`Witness to Mortality: Photographs by Joseph McKenzie'

Joseph McKenzie's photographs of urban decay and social entropy in Scotland and Ireland in the Sixties made his reputation as one of Britain's most prolific and best-regarded documentary photographers. In addition to "Down among the Dead Men" and "Gorbals Revisited", McKenzie's well-known essays on the Gorbals and its inhabitants, "Hibernian Images" contrasts the embattled lives of the Northern Irish with the more peaceful existence led by those in the South during the late Sixties.

To February, Gallery of Modern Art, Queen Street, Glasgow (0141 229 1996).
