Business man George Abraham ordered take-away curries to be delivered 1,500 miles to Moscow. He was so impressed by the food at the Dipali restaurant in Palmers Green, north London, that he faxed them an order worth pounds 330 to treat his important Russian clients. For an extra pounds 150, the food was flown door-to-door by courier firm DHL. Restaurant owner Shajahan Miah said: 'He is a loyal customer and we were pleased he asked us to export our food. The curries travel well and we understand the Russian businessmen were very impressed.
