Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner are officially divorced.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the former couple had reached a settlement on Tuesday, September 10, marking their divorce as final. The terms of the settlement were kept confidential in addition to details about the custody of their two daughters: Willa, three, and Delphine, two.

Jonas and Turner announced they were no longer together in September 2023, when they issued a joint statement on Instagram stating that they had “mutually decided to amicably end” their marriage.

“After four years of wonderful marriage we have mutually decided to amicably end our marriage,” read the statement, which was posted to their respective Instagram accounts. “There are many speculative narratives as to why but, truly this is a united decision and we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our wishes for privacy for us and our children.”

Shortly after Jonas filed for divorce, Turner went on to sue the “Cake by the Ocean” singer for wrongfully retaining their children in New York instead of their “habitual residence” in England. The court documents at the time stated that the parents made the United Kingdom their permanent residence in April 2023 with the goal of having their two daughters attend school there. They reportedly had moved into a rental home in the UK in May 2023 and had a plan to move into a new home in December 2023.

After undergoing a period of mediation, the couple worked through the disagreement and came up with a plan to split holidays, where their children would stay up until the first week in January 2024.

Jonas and Turner were married for four years. The former couple elopsed in Las Vegas, Nevada, in May 2019 and held a second ceremony one month later in Provence, France.

As for their current dating lives, the Jonas Brothers singer was rumored to be dating model Stormi Bree Henley, known simply as Stormi Bree, for around five months before multiple outlets reported that they were no longer together. Turner has been rumored to be dating British aristocrat Peregrine Pearson. However, in a May interview with British Vogue, she simply mentioned that she’s “having fun” dating.

“I am having fun dating. It’s very fun,” she told the outlet. “I mean, it’s strange when you get married so young. It’s like you never really learn how to date. So it’s all very new to me.”

The Game of Thrones alum also added that despite her dating life, she still wanted to have a good co-parenting relationship with Jonas.

“My dream is to have a huge Christmas where my daughters can have their dad there, Joe’s whole side of the family, their grandparents,” she said. “I don’t care about the politics, I just want the girls to feel loved and have everyone show up for them.”

The Josie star also hit back at the online scrutiny she faced when announcing her divorce, and how the criticism affected her family.

“I’m unhappy with the way everything played out, especially when it comes to my children. They’re the victims in all of this. But I think we’re doing the best we can,” she told British Vogue. “I’m confident that we can figure it out. Joe is a great father to our children and that’s all that I can ask for.”
