Although the Swedish interiors giant is most famous for its meatballs, fans of the famous fry-up will find the classic breakfast a major competitor for their money.
The six-piece breakfast includes one sausage, one rasher of bacon, one omelette, one hash brown, baked beans and half a grilled tomato.
Vegetarians are also catered for, with a veggie brekkie comprised of a vegetarian sausage, a hash brown, an omelette, baked beans, mushrooms and half a grilled tomato.
Customers can also mix and match items to suit their preference.
The deal is available between Monday and Friday until 11am, meaning keen beans will have to get their skates on as many stores don’t open their doors until 10am.
Weekend visitors can tuck-in to the breakfast for £2.50, however.
The £1 offer ends on 27 March, so fans of a bargain are advised to make haste to their nearest megastore.
The traditional full English breakfast can trace its roots back to the early 12th century when it was first popularised by the gentry.
According to the English Breakfast Society, a non-profit organisation dedicated to the heritage and history of the English breakfast, it was the Edwardians who standardised the ingredients and unknowingly created an icon of British culinary cuisine.
IKEA introduced a vegan hotdog at stores around the UK in October 2018, as part of their mission to incorporate more plant-based items onto their menus,
Comprised of kale, red lentils, quinoa, onion, carrots and spices, such as ginger and turmeric, more than one million of the plant-based dogs were sold in the first month of launch.
And, it’s not just kind to animals. The carbon footprint of the IKEA veggie hot dog is approximately seven times smaller compared to the classic hot dog, meaning you can enjoy it with a clear conscience.
A spokesperson for IKEA told The Independent: "At IKEA we have always been famous for our incredibly low prices and fantastic value for money.
"We know that in the new year people want to eat well for less.
"Moreover, every part of the IKEA breakfast is sustainably sourced, allowing our customers the opportunity of a breakfast that’s better for the planet, but also for their wallet".
