The US news site acquired the deed to a home in the 5,900 square foot Hollywood Hills property that is apparently held in the 31-year-old former playmate’s name.
TMZ also reports that a source close to the late Playboy editor left Harris an additional $5m (£3,759,000) following his death.
It is believed that Hefner purchased the $7m (£5,263,157) home for her in 2013, one year after they tied the knot in a lavish ceremony at the infamous Playboy Mansion.
The plush property boasts four bedrooms, five bathrooms, an infinity pool and luxuriant interiors which include floor-to-ceiling windows.
It was originally thought that an "iron-clad" prenuptial agreement signed before their marriage would prevent Harris from inheriting anything following Hefner’s death.
The prenup dictated that his $43m (£32m) estimated net worth was split between his four adult children, the University of Southern California Film School, and a number of charities supported by Hefner, Us Weekly reported.
Harris, who was Hefner’s third wife, was not included anywhere in the will.
However, the terms surrounding the house deed and the $5m are presumably separate from the prenuptial agreement that was signed by the couple when they wed in 2012.
Harris, who wed the infamous Playboy editor when she was just 26-years-old, has not yet publicly commented on the death of her husband or the financial circumstances surrounding it.
