MANY parents of small children would not know what to do if their child stopped breathing. But immediate action can mean the difference between life and death.

A training course in how to save a baby's life has been set up by the British Red Cross. The two-hour programme shows how to recognise the signs of breathing difficulty, as well as demonstrations on what to do. Details from any Red Cross branch.
