British Military Fitness, the UK’s leader for outdoor fitness, has helped thousands of people across the country transform their fitness and is now on the hunt for new recruits. Want to give it a go? Then get along to a free BMF START session this month at your local park and get your summer fitness started in the great outdoors.

BMF START is a free one-hour mixed ability group fitness class led by current and former armed forces instructors. Sessions designed to give newcomers an introduction to British Military Fitness a fun, exhilarating and highly effective way to get outside and get fit with a group of like-minded class mates.

BMF START sessions will be taking place nationwide throughout May, June and July. All classes are free but places limited. Check the website today for locations and availability at your local park.
