On Sunday, the 37-year-old singer and actor teased in an Instagram post that she is expecting a “new release” with boyfriend, musician Matt Pokora.
“New release for 2020! What a blessing!,” Milian wrote in the caption underneath a photograph of herself and Pakora.
In the photograph, Pokora is pictured holding a sonogram of their unborn child up to the camera while Milian poses with one hand on her hip and with her arm around her partner.
Milian, who has a nine-year-old daughter, Violet, from her previous marriage to producer The Dream, also posted the snap on Twitter, writing: “Cooking up a new release for 2020! What a collaboration! “Can’t wait.”
Both of the ”AM to PM” singer’s posts have already amassed hundreds of thousands of likes and comments, with many fans and celebrity friends congratulating the couple.
On Instagram, Chance the Rapper commented: “Congrats yall [sic]”. Full House actor John Stamos wrote: “Wow. Congrats!!” and Step Up star Jenna Dewan added: “Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaattttttttttt?!?!!! Ahhhhhhhh congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!! [sic]”.
Pokora also shared the news on his social media accounts, uploading a black and white version of the photograph Milian posted on Instagram.
“La relève est en route!” the French singer and songwriter captioned the image before adding the phrase’s English translation: “Legacy on the way”.
Pokora’s post garnered more than 450,000 likes and thousands of comments, including one from Milian, who wrote: “You are my happy place”.
