Over the weekend, the "God is a Woman" singer shared a video on her Instagram story, in which she talked to the camera while sitting in a car in Los Angeles.
In the video, Grande explained that she's just finished her first 10 shows on her world tour while also preparing for her upcoming performance at this year's Coachella music festival in Indio, California.
"I just wanted to say hi and remind you guys to protect your peace and your energy and to not forget to take care of yourselves and protect your space," the 25-year-old said.
"I just want to make sure that you don't run yourself to the ground, exhaust yourself and remember to protect your energy and do things that are good for you."
Grande added a reminder to her Arianators, as her fans are widely known, that they're "loved" and "not alone", and that they "deserve the best there is" in life.
Several of Grande's fans have praised the star for encouraging her followers to take care of themselves.
"I LITERALLY had this talk to myself yesterday about putting energy into things I know will make me happy. We on the same wavelength," one person tweeted.
"What a role model. We need more people like her," another wrote.
The Grammy Award-winner has spoken openly about her mental health in the past, revealing in July 2018 that she experienced severe anxiety following the 2017 Manchester Arena terror attack, which occurred at her concert.
“When I got home from tour, I had really wild dizzy spells, this feeling like I couldn’t breathe,” Grande told Elle magazine.
“I would be in a good mood, fine and happy, and they would hit me out of nowhere. I’ve always had anxiety, but it had never been physical before."
