Chrissy Teigen has congratulated Gigi Hadid on her reported pregnancy.

On Tuesday, TMZ reported that the 25-year-old model was 20 weeks pregnant with her boyfriend, Zayn Malik.

While neither Hadid nor Malik has confirmed the news, Teigen quickly took to Twitter to offer her well wishes.

“Gigi Hadid is pregnant and Gigi from shahs had her baby today!!!” Teigen tweeted in reference to Shahs of Sunset star Golnesa ‘GG’ Gharachedaghi, who gave birth to her first child this week.

“It is a big day for Gigis!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Congrats to all Gigis!!!!” the 34-year-old added.

But Teigen quickly clarified that she had not spoken directly with Hadid regarding the pregnancy.

“F*** I dunno if it’s true I read TMZ just like all you,” she added in a subsequent tweet.

“S*** I have no idea I just saw it trending but shahs Gigi def had a baby lol,” Teigen continued.

Hadid has previously spoken about her desire to have children.

In February, the model told iD magazine: “I think that as I get older… well one day I’ll start a family and I don’t know if I will always be modelling.

“I love the creative side of fashion, it’s so fulfilling. The people I work with make me so happy, I’m so lucky to be around them.

“But who knows? Maybe I’ll take up full time cooking!”

Hadid recently celebrated her 25th birthday alongside Malik and her younger sister, Bella.
