Your support makes all the difference.British smartphone manufacturer Vertu has released the details of its latest smartphone, priced at an eye-watering €4,900 (approximately £4,100).
The “luxurious” phone, which follows the Vertu Ti from earlier this year, runs on an Android operating system, and boasts a dual-core 1.7GHz processor, a “virtually scratch proof” 4.3inch 720p screen and 32GB of memory.
The specifications are impressive for a manufacturer that hasn’t been known to pride itself on the internal performance of its phones. It is hard to dispute, however, Vertu’s attention to detail when it comes to aesthetics, and they have stayed true to form with the Constellation.
Each phone is individually handmade and clad in European calf leather, available in five different colours – Cappuccino, Black, Orange, Mocha and Raspberry. The Constellation’s case is made of polished grade 5 titanium, which is twice as strong as steel and only half the weight.
Buyers can also expect more than a just a phone for parting with their £4k. Purchase of the Constellation allows access to Vertu Life, providing invites to high-end parties and events exclusive to Vertu phone owners.
