450g fish pie mix
1tsp wholegrain mustard
5g dill, chopped
5g parsley, chopped
400g creme fraiche
1 lemon, zested and juiced
200g breadcrumbs
salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 200C. Mix the fish, mustard, parsley, dill, creme fraiche, lemon zest and juice together in a pie dish. Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle over the breadcrumbs and bake in the oven for 25 minutes, until the breadcrumbs are crispy and the fish is cooked through.
