How to make Matcha Fizz
Ingredients
2 lime wedges
1 fresh kiwi fruit
1 tsp matcha powder
150ml apple juice
Tonic water
Method
Muddle the lime wedges and kiwi in a shaker, then mix with the match powder and the apple juice.
Shake all ingredients with ice and single strain into a high ball glass filled with fresh ice cubes, then top with tonic water.
Garnish with three slices of green apple.
