A dress sold by Pretty Little Thing featuring an in-built mask design has been restocked after selling out online.

With masks becoming a part of everyday life over the past few months, people have been finding innovative ways to look more fashionable when wearing face coverings, whether by purchasing decorative beaded chains for their masks or opting for bold, patterned designs.

Fashion retailer Pretty Little Thing has gone one step further, creating a black bodycon dress that comes with a mask already attached

The unconventional dress, which retails for £15, caused quite a stir when model Lottie Moss was spotted wearing it in London in late September, so much so that it quickly sold out on the site.

Speaking to PA news agency, Pretty Little Thing said that the dress has since become available again on the website, although only on a limited basis.

“This has now been restocked so is still available in some sizes,” a spokesperson for the retailer said.

The dress is designed with a mini skirt and long sleeves, in addition to ear straps on the polo neck.

On the Pretty Little Thing website, it says that the dress is “selling out”, with more than 160 sold today.

The dress is currently sold out in a size 4, 12 and 14.

In July last year, Pretty Little Thing released a jumpsuit inspired by an outfit that went viral after a woman suffered an unfortunate wine spillage incident at a horse race.

When Eleanor Walton, from Leeds, had red wine spilt on her white outfit, she and her friend Mia Williamson decided to pour red wine over the rest of her ensemble to make it seem as though her clothes had been intentionally tie dyed.

The tweet about the friends’ imaginative fashion-forward thinking garnered more than 205,000 likes.
