Sotheby's 'Magnificent Jewels' Auction

The twice-annual gem sale of the auction house this time features the private collection of former Valentino muse Lucia Moreira Salles, including pieces by Van Cleef & Arpels, Boucheron, and JAR. There will also be an especially exquisite range of Cartier pieces on the occasion of the house's 100th anniversary in the US.

Bottega Veneta design contest winners announced

Eighteen finalists are in the running to design a piece of furniture for the Italian luxury brand. The winning piece will be produced and sold through Bottega Veneta stores worldwide.
Rodarte launches at Target

The much-anticipated collection by the fashion duo will hit Target stores across North America, with items priced from $10 to $80. Rodarte's range will pre-launch at three pop-up stores in New York, San Francisco, and Washington DC December 11-13.
