In a new interview she has opened up on her experience of sexual harassment in the fashion industry. She told The Times:
"I am a bit of a feminist and it makes me feel sick. It’s horrible and it’s disgusting." She explained.
"You start when you are really young and you do, you get subjected to … not great stuff.”
Delevingne's modelling career starting at an early age but it wasn't until she left school at 16 and signed to Storm Models that her career took off.
“I think you get that [sexual harassment] in every industry. I don’t think it’s just modelling, although I think it’s worse in modelling. There are male photographers who go into it purely because of the girls. But in every industry, if you are pretty, or someone likes the look of you ....it’s not good.” she explains.
No stranger to frank interviews, Delevingne 23, opened up to American Vogue earlier this year discussing her sexuality and struggles with depression.
Delevingne recently faced heavy criticism following an interview with US TV channel Good Day Sacramento which was dubbed 'the most awkward interview in the world.'
The model has her first starring role in the big screen adaptation of John Green's novel Paper Towns which is out in cinemas now. She's currently filming Suicide Squad alongside Jared Leto, Will Smith and Margot Robbie.
